Webroot command line scanning?

Hi. I want to set my download manager to automatically scan downloads upon completion by calling Webroot. Can I do this by command line?

Hello!

 

Webroot SecureAnywhere scans every file that is written to the hard drive.  Necessarily, that means it will scan all downloads to your hard drive already.
