We are updating Mac® agents to ensure compatibility with the new High Sierra operating system.

Any customers who are updating to macOS High Sierra will be prompted by the operating system to accept the agent update. This will only occur the first time the High Sierra operating system encounters Webroot SecureAnywhere® Protection. Future updates will be silent, as will updates for users on all other macOS versions.

If any of your clients use High Sierra, please notify them of this change. See the release notes here.

Webroot now does a gradual rollout method for releases. As such, not everyone will receive the update at the same time. An email will be sent from productupdates@webroot.com to give notice before your endpoints are updated.

Added
  • macOS High Sierra (10.13) compatibility.
Fixed
  • Bug fixes.
