Webroot are pleased to announce the migration of all our Web Security Service customers to a completely new Log File infrastructure.

Webroot is still the only cloud-based web proxy service to offer immediate access to a full year’s log files. This means your log data is instantly available for manipulation through powerful expression and selection criteria. When log requests are needed they are often time sensitive and this new log system will empower you to retrieve the log data you and your management team need in a very timely fashion.

All of the existing functionality has been replicated so there is no changes to the already intuitive UI you are used to. This complete system refresh has included the transference of the log infrastructure to a highly resilient new Big Data management solution that has been purpose built to handle extremely large data volumes using the latest cloud technologies.
 1. NEW Logging Infrastructure – Deliver the ability to manipulate up to a year’s worth of log files easily and reliably to generate accurate log data and subsequent reporting on web usage for usage, trend and executive management insight.  Log File Manipulation Dashboard.
3. » New log queries and reports are now generated in seconds from requests made within the Web Service’s portal.
