Hello. I just created an account with User Name and Password. Clicked on links as provided by Administrator but that just takes me to "Reclaim ....".

To add Avatars and changes to your Webroot Forum Account please go to settings on your account by clicking your avatar on the top right of the Home Page and click Settings in the dropdown.
