We have one mobile phone that has significantly lost battery time since mobile protection was installed. I've tried turning off, pulling the SD card and then restarting the phone - as suggested by the helpdesk for possible SD corruption. That didn't work. I finally removed the device from the admin console. This was supposed to give the user the ability to uninstall but he can't. Any suggestions? Ideally we would like his phone protected but minimally we would like to uninstall it and resolve whatever is causing the battery drain.
