Can't access Lastpass through My Account

I recently noticed that my LastPass is now the free account (even though I have the Webroot Anywhere with 5 devices).

It used to be premium but not anymore.

I’ve tried going to My Account to sign in. Following the link opens a carbonite “create account”.

I enter the keycode I have, but I get the error message that states that the keycode is already associated with another account.

It’s very frustrating. All the links and previous how-to’s are dated and do not reflect the new changes.

Appreciate any help on the matter.

I would recommend getting in contact with Webroot Support with this problem.

Call 1-866-612-4227
