cannot scan with webroot
cannot scan with webroot supposedly because webroot get internet connection

Welcome to the Community Forums.
You should be able to scan with WSA when not connected to the Internet, as WSA does not only use the Cloud for it's determinataions and has a base set of definitions stored on the client machine for just such a circumstance.
