I need to create a CSV file with the same option every 24h, can i create a rule or an automatic send of this file every day in my e-mail without i generate every time manually?
If it is possible how i can create?

the file CSV is the document in excel as the tool permit to create to export this report with more detail.

Ok but what information are you trying to pull into the CSV? Would it be for reporting on WSA or something else?
