Difficulty logging into Webroot - frustrating.

When I go to the Webroot login site, I fill in my email, my password and then at the next page I’m asked for two specific characters from my security code.  So I do that and the next page comes up telling me that I am now logged OUT.  

Anybody have an answer?  I’ve exhausted a bunch of possibilities and can’t get to the bottom of this.  I’ve seen this complaint before - is there a problem with Webroot?   Scary for a security outfit if there’s a glitch!

I would first suggest trying to clear all your browser cache/history and temp files, then try again. Also try another browser and see if the issue persists. 

Once you are in, you really should go and turn on the 2FA instead of using that secondary secret code.
