Error(UCR2): Invalid security code credentials
For some reason I can not log into my account I tried changing my security code but now I receive this

Hit the "forgot security code" button to follow the procedure to reset it.

Welcome to the Webroot Community!
Have you setup your online account? If not please do so (from here) and wait about 1 hour for back office synchronisation, then let us know if that has helped.
However, if you have and the issue is that the security cannot be remembered then do the following:
1. Go to my.webrootanywhere.com (as per above in the brackets)
2. Click on 'Can't log in?' link, and then reset Security code.
3. Follow the window and reset Security Code then try to confirm the account. It should confirm fine.
Please let us know if that helps or not, and in the case of the latter we can look to a Plan C to sort you out.
