Hi Guys:
3 years ago the Geek Squad @ the Best Buy in Gilbert, AZ registered the Webroot software loaded in my laptop under a stranger's account. It appears "Claudia" and I had our computers in the shop at the same time and the Geek registered my computer under Claudia's account. Although my wife has been paying the bill all these years Claudia has been paying for my computer. Please keep this in mind when you hand over your computer full of personal pictures, documents and passwords to your local Geek.
