I have Norton VPN for public networks and the name,"secureanywhere" seems to indicate that I will be safe on public networks---is this true?

My understanding is that Webroot's VPN service is called Webroot WiFi Security, and it's purchased separately and not included in any of Webroot's other security products. The other security products protect against viruses etc. but don't have VPN features such as IP anonymizing and traffic encryption.
