My name is Sam, new to this forum. I've been using Webroot for over six months now, and have not seen any troubles.
Just one question: does anyone know if Webroot works abroad? I was in Taiwan back in May. If I remember it correctly, I could not get it up to date until I came back to the States.

Glad to have you with us, in regards to your question: As far as I am aware, Webroot should work abroad. If you were using a public network, it might have been a restriction due to that. Other than that I am not too sure. I am certain someone on here may have a better theory! :)
