Hello! Now I need help, but I don't know where to post my topic.
I renewed my subscription last night, but for some reason the program still says I haven't renewed. I already went through the steps from the SecureAnywhere web site and I still have the same problem. NOW WHAT?!?!?!

Since this is a Holiday Weekend in the US, I would suggest to put in a Support Ticket explaining your problem. Support Tickets are answered 24/7.
@Semiwhatsit: I see two keycodes under your email address. It looks like you got in contact with Sales and somebody handled it through our internal system about an hour and 20 minutes after you left the forum message. If this is the case, please be sure to let us know here so we don't duplicate effort and accidentally undo anything.
