Hello aldo and Welcome to the Webroot Community Forums.

Have a look at this Video to see how to Reset Internet Explorer also please Submit a Support Ticket so they can make sure you are malware free and if you are infected they will help you clean it free of charge. Also can you tell us what verion of Windows do you have Win XP, Win Vista, Win 7, Win 8.1 and if you know the version of Internet Explorer? So that I can give better details if the Video doesn't match your settings!

Thanks,

Daniel 😉
Thank Daniel, I will submit a support email because I can make this work.

My colleague sent a request for diagnostic logs yesterday and we didnt get a reply from you saying that they have been collected. Can you run the diagnostic tool and reply to the ticket? My gut says that this is a browser plugin issue (like Java) I would advise downloading another browser like Firefox and see if you can log into your webmail. If it works there its most likely an IE issue.

There are other browsers you can use such as Google Chrome or Firefox. Those are great alernatives to IE. Try this nifty little tool also.

Have you cleared all your cookies and temp files? Have you tried doing a DNS Flush? Those are all good tactics to try.

Thank you, for your help! yes, it must be a Internet explorer issue because I tried my different ways to fix it but It still dosen't work. Even though it is getting worsd because i can watch videos if i use the interner explorer.  I wonder if my computer is infected and the Webroot is not working right for my system, since it is no dectecting any wrong.  Now, I dont know if need to take my computer to tech shop to fix this issues.
Where do i go to run it, I mean the diagnostic log. Sorry, for my computer illiteracy
disregard the solution accepted, i still have the problem.

Dont need to take it to a repair shop. You dont even need Internet Explorer when you can use Google Chrome or Firefox.l They are also safer and faster. To clean your cookies and temp files use CCleaner.

Download Google Chrome here

Flush your DNS here:

Let Google be your guide and you can fix and or do anything. Heck you can fix anything in your house by merely watching YouTube videos. What email are you using? Also what OS are you using and what version of IE are you using? I havent used IE in like 10 years. I honestly would not even worry about fixing IE. Maybe your email provider is trying to open another page and IE is blocking the pop up. Use Google Chrome. If it works then never go back to IE. Using a 3rd party browser such as Google Chrome or Firefox is one of the first steps in making your online experience safer.

Webroot is not designed as a repair tool, if there is something wrong with your Internet Explorer it wont fix it. As I said earlier I would advise just using another browser if we cant see anything in the diagnosic logs. Please note that a browser acting up isnt a cleaer indication of an infection.
Thank you! I will do this !

Hi Aldo

Before running any cleaner or repair tool on your system, or any tool that will make changes to settings, etc., especially if it is one that you are not familiar with or have not used before, it is highly recommended/good sense that you have a recent image/backup available just in case the results are not what you expect or the desired ones.

Just mentioning this in case you are not aware. :D  It never hurts to be careful in this area.

CCleaner is the leading tool in cookies and temp file cleaning. Its perfectly safe and I am sure your well aware of it. Flushing your DNS is done via Windows. So nothing I linked to can cause any sort of major system changes. But everyome should keep and backup of there system.
