hi my name is april. im new to the community. my question is i bought a 29.99 plan. my webroot scan still says i cant fix my threats found and my status still says expired
how come after i purchased a 29.99 plan from webroot it still says im expired and cant fix my threat

If its expired it wont remove any threats as the product is expired and it moves to detect only mode. Did you buy a new product or renew. If you bought a new product it will have a different key which you have to enter.
