Hello there, welcome to the Community

One of the primary functions of anti-malware software is to prevent keyloggers from working as they are normally applied in situations with malicious intent.  Because of this, I am not sure at all that it CAN be allowed to run, but we certainly are not able to go into the 'how to do this' in the Community.

This is something that you will need to bring up with Support by submitting a Trouble Ticket.

WHY?

Are you actually trying to add a "Keylogger" or a "KeyScrambler" to Webroot?
