Would you mind posting a screenshot of this and also listing any addons/plugins you have installed into Chrome? This will help us better in solving this mystery.
as it turns out it was from amazon i recently added an amazon browser (big mistake) just deleted it . seems to have solved the problem.

Glad you got it figured out. Some of those add ons only make me to not want to shop at the retailer who is being promoted. Kind of like some of the really annoying TV commercials.
