How to reclaim your Webroot Community account
- In the top right corner of the homepage, click on ‘Login’
- A window will appear, at the bottom of this window click on ‘Forgot Password?’
- Please enter your email address or username associated with your Webroot Community account
- Click ‘Send’
- You’ll receive an email with a link to reset your password
- Click on the link in the email
- Reset your password
- Once the password has been reset, you’ll be able to sign-in using your community username and new password
