i just renewed it yesterday and i followed all the instructions on how to download it but im still getting the my computer is at risk popup and it wont let me log in what do i do

Hey there maddy5555 Welcome:
try this:
go to the Webroot main page and click on the gear icon next to my account, a page will come up under my subscription look to see if that key code you wrote down match's if not enter the key code into the white box and then click activate key code. Hope this helps!
