I get message in action center windows defender and webroot both turned off;when in fact webroot is
I keep getting message in action center saying windows defender and webroot are both turned off;when in fact,webroot is turned on and functioning normaly.

This is a known problem/issue that the Support Team are working to fix. Please see this previous thread which contains additional information on the topic. Also included is a fix that some have had some success with but that a number have found ceases to work after a few reboots. You may want to try it in case in your case it proves to work for you.
