Well if it dosent work for you just go to best by and find webroot secirity disk and pay it then pt i on your computer Note:this only works with disk enters :(

? could you describe a bit more what it is exactly that does notwork? Is it the install or the activation that doesn't work ? Which version did you get for free on that disk or got thru Best Buy ? You should normally be able to download the installer if i'm not wrong.
