I have a question about email popup

Everytime I sign into my email, I get a popup that wants me to download [  get-user-ids  ]  does anyone know what this is or how to get rid of it...? HELP!!!!

Please add a screenshot so that we can investigate further. Alternatively, you can Open a Support Ticket where we can gather your logs and see what might be causing the popups.
