I just renewed my subscriptions with Webroot & Geek Squad.
Do I have to download anything else, after renewing my subscriptions? Does my Webroot automatically update itself?

No you don't have to download anything if you renewed (not purchased a new keycode), and that is one of the benefits of renewal. Your license will be updated with the added time.
The software has a setting to allow the program to autoupdate when a new version is released. You can enable this in: Advanced Settings very easily. http://live.webrootanywhere.com/content/671/Setting-Install-Preferences
