I need Help
It looks like webroot was downloaded 3 times on my desktop computer. Why and does that mean I can no longer use my additional downloads on other devices?

Welcome to the Webroot Community.
It doesn't matter how many times you download or even install Webroot on the SAME computer. It still only counts as 1 license.
You can login to your account's web console anytime to see the list of active computers on your subscription.
If by chance you haven't created a Webroot online account you can find instuctions here.

- Make sure you have a copy of your 20 Character Alphanumeric Keycode! Example: SA69-AAAA-A783-DE78-XXXX
- KEEP the computer online for install to make sure it works correctly
- Download a Copy Here (Best Buy Subscription PC users click HERE) Let us know if it is the Mac version you need.
- Install with the new installer, enter your Keycode.
- Let it finish it's install scan
- Reboot once again
