I purchased webroot anti-virus thru Amazon and am having a problem puttong in the key # any suggesti
My user name is jy my partner and I purchased the webroot anti-virus from amazon but I can't seem to be able to get it on my computer. Any suggestions?

If that doesn't work, can I ask what message you receive when trying to enter your keycode?
Is this a Best Buy version of Webroot?

- Make sure you have a copy of your 20 Character Alphanumeric Keycode! Example: SA69-AAAA-A783-DE78-XXXX
- Be sure you add your Keycode to your Online Console: Webroot SecureAnywhere Online Console
- KEEP the computer online for install to make sure it works correctly
- Download a Copy Here (Best Buy Subscription PC users click HERE) Let us know if it is the Mac version you need.
- Install with the new installer, enter your Keycode.
- Let it finish it's install scan
- Reboot
