I would like to know the status of my account. When I click on the webroot icon in my Chrome Browser, it does not recognize my email address: <email removed for privacy>;

Yeah I don't find anything in our system using that email address. Is it possible you used a different email address to register? Or if you have the keycode and want to PM that to me, I can look that up.
