It appears that I have 2 users but I am unable to activate my account. It keeps telling me to go to the webroot console but I keep logging in and nothing happens. I am unable to register my PC or my laptop.

Sorry you're having problems logging into your console to activate it. The problem may be on the backside of Webroot where Support would have to fix.
