Hi, the IT department of the college that I attend just issued a warning that at least one computer has been attacked by CryptoWall (which apparently encrypts all files on your C drive and you have to pay to get them back). Does anyone know if WebRoot protects against this threat? Thanks! AdM
Hi. I have accidently removed the tablet from the list in my accoun on Webroot website. All the software is intact on the device so I do not need to download it - I can't anyway because Play store shows it is installed already and the device itself won't let me uninstall it. So how can I reactivate it (add it) to my account on the website? Thanks for any help you can offer.
I have a pop up that keeps returning even though I have scanned my computer and Webroot says there are no infected files. On Webroots site it says: "Download Webroot's log-gathering utility from the following link: a href="http://download.webroot.com/wsalogs.exe"http://download.webroot.com/wsalogs.exe/a" That brings me to a page where there are many options but none that seem to get to download their software.
Hello everyone, It's nice to find you and as I expect I shall be here often, a short intro may be in order. I'm not new to computers but most assuredly new to (and exasperated with) Windows 8. After all, I'm an old lady and was raised with the notion that "if it ain't broke, don't fix it". I see no need for CHARMS, nor for it to take 4 clicks to shut my computer down, ahh but there you are, eh? Sometimes change really sucks. Here's a huge aggrivation with this new computer: It came with Norton on it, but I purchased Webroot for obvious reasons. I allowed Norton to expire, installed Webroot, and NOW I keep getting Norton's annoying popup asking me to upgrade. I do NOT WANT TO. I have no need to. I have Webroot and so far all is well (except for detesting Windows 8, ugh) Please, anyone, how the heck do I remove unwanted Trial popups? With this new Windows 8 configuration, I can barely navigate around my own computer, so I am truly at your mercy here. Let
Hello All, I'm HJLBX. My real passion is evaluating and beta testing security software. I have been closed-beta testing for a few vendors and on the usual security enthusiast sites for quite some time now. So I've kinda seen, done and experienced it all....;) Look forward to participating here at the community. Best Regards, HJLBX
I cannot access it after putting a number of passwords on it a couple of weeks ago. I get error messages. Webroot support is a joke. Does anyone know how to fix this. I get these error messages: your Data/Password management account is not yet ready to use, please try back in the next few minutes. If you continue to see this message, please contact customer support and finally If you're not redirected within a couple of seconds, please click here to continue to Passwords. When I click here, I get a message that says something about this might not be a valid Webroot site. If I go anyway, I get an error message. Thank you.

I have too many subscriptions and wish to change one of our computers, where the subscription is about to expire, to another keycode from another subscription, which i just renewed with only one computer on it. I am not sure how to make this happen. Can someone please advise. Thanks.
