We use an application called DLS2. But, whenever Webroot get installed on the machine, it blocks the application and this application doesn't response anymore. So, what I have to do, every time it happens, I uninstall Webroot first. then uninstall the DLS2. After that, I have to make a fresh installation of DLS2. It’s lots of works actually.
I’ve been with Webroot as a normal home user for several years, protecting four different devices, and have just renewed for another three, but I’m baffled as to why I have now been sent two CD discs by post - one with my name on, and one without. What am I meant to do with them? And who or what is Carbonite?
I recently noticed that my LastPass is now the free account (even though I have the Webroot Anywhere with 5 devices).It used to be premium but not anymore.I’ve tried going to My Account to sign in. Following the link opens a carbonite “create account”.I enter the keycode I have, but I get the error message that states that the keycode is already associated with another account.It’s very frustrating. All the links and previous how-to’s are dated and do not reflect the new changes.Appreciate any help on the matter.

I have something called RollerBase on my Android Google phone and was wondering what it was. I am concerned because I googled it and found NOTHING about it. When I tried to delete it it said "Removing this account will delete it's messages, contacts and other data from the phone". It only shows up in my Google account and nowhere else. Not in my apps. Please help!!
Have android phone and Webroot for many many years. I am getting a message that I need to upgrade my mobile app because the one I am using is being retired. Is this for real? I use Secure Anwhere CE22.2I also can not log into my account - keeps saying my password is incorrect so I ask for a reset but NEVER sends a link. Worried my account has been hacke.
SO I do not remember how or where I found the activation service code online. But I found the activation code and, so I thought ,well Malwarebytes premium for free let me check that out. And I do still have Webroot secure anywhere. OK, so I copied and Pasted the activation code (the Free one) and poof the service went from free to premium. So anyway I do not know what I have done or got And I forgot that I had found the free code online somewhere. Time passed, and then, I noticed that Wow I had Malwarebytes Premium so I called the Customer service number I found online for Malwarebytes and waited the long way long wait and then Some man got on the phone (with a Scottish accent ). anyway he asked some Questions NO personal info except if the Laptop I had the Malwarebytes on was bought on a special price deal and yes I had bought the laptop for a reduced Christmas price special. anyway he said he checked the number and it was legit he said. I think he said it was like a business type of
I signed up for Carbonite years ago. Separately, I also signed up for WebRoot years ago. Both signups were years before the companies merged. Both accounts were set up for auto pay. I just updated my credit card for Carbonite. How do I update my credit card for WebRoot? I can only log into one account: Carbonite + Webroot. That account shows the Carbonite Subscription but not the Webroot subscription. Support says: “we’ll fix it in the back-end”. Is that true? Or did I just hang up from my support call with my issue not solved?
About a year and a half ago I had a problem installing a new printer and ended up calling the support number that came with the printer. The guy who was helping me on the phone was having a little trouble with the hardware that is in between the chair and the monitor and ended up taking control of my computer. It turns out he said that I had some kind of virus that was not letting the printer install whether that was true or not I don’t know but he ended up putting Web Root on my machine and the company he worked for took over technical support and security and in doing that uninstalled the virus protection I had with another company. So the printer is working I have paid for a years worth of technical support and Web Root is protecting my computer. I believe the support people have many clients just like me and Web Root is servicing them all but I don’t have an actual account with Web Root I am just one “node” in my tech supports account All good….now a year and a half later my ye
The leader board screwed up today at 5:06 PM PDTI was just a few points from 4th place, went and posted something to a few discussions. When I came back to the leader board, I had only 10 points. I should have just taken 4th place. It screwed up again. You can see how many posts I have today alone, was in 5th place this morning. Now only 10 points? DOH! Something has gone wrong again And now the system is telling me that this discussion topic is too short. Really?
I have a MS SurfaceBook 2 running Win10 Pro and have Webroot and Webroot WiFi Security. Sometimes I am not able to connect to WiFi Security when connected to a hotel WiFi. It seems to be just specific hotels. Does anyone else have this problem? Anyone have a solution?
I have 2 annual subscriptions with Webroot that I am going to cancel if what I see is true. I Googled 3 different websites that contain content FOR Black people BY Black people and I received a warning: “This site may contain content that could affect your online security.”One of those websites is owned by ME therefore I know that it contains NO “content” that would even remotely affect your online security. This warning APPEARS to be a racist means to interfere with Black people from conducting legitimate business with each other. I am going to alert every African American website content producer to conduct a TEST to see if they are being flagged as a possible threat also. We have MILLIONS of followers across multiple social media platforms. If these flags are not removed within the next 72 hours, there will be a ton of videos released with Webroot as the subject. Then, if necessary we will take collective legal action.I want the flag removed from www.youtubebannedvideos.com IMMEDIA
How can I contact Support with a new issue without entering my password. The system has this prompt: “Please enter your password below if you wish to continue with your previous conversation.” I don’t have a previous conversation, but if I leave the field blank, nothing happens and if I put my password in (the one used to access the website in the first place), nothing happens. Any ideas?
