Am attempting to install iTunes 14.7 on a Windows 10 PC but get the error in the description above. Apple says to try a lot of things, and one of them involves looking into my anti-virus software. Has anyone had any issues in this area?Thank You, Bob
I recently got on my computer that uses webroot and noticed that two more processes for it show up in task manager (making 6 in total with the ones that would normally run before). These only started up after a few minutes, I was able to run a scan and do a few other things before they popped up. The processes seem to be for WRSvcHost, so guess I am asking if these should be running and if anyone else has them currently? I checked other posts on here but only saw them mentioned for beta testing a couple months ago. This was also in refrence to the beta for version .75, the version I’m currently running is .62

Hello,I an currently using windows 10 pro and MS edge and successfully sign to the webroot community forum but after follow steps using the same email address and password I am unable to login to my.webrootanywhere.com.The error I get is always username and password does not match but I am sure it is correct. I have tried clearing my cache and cookies and still the same. How do you fix this? To log in to your account in the SecureAnywhere website:Open your browser to the SecureAnywhere website at my.webrootanywhere.com. In the Log in window, enter the email address and password you specified when you registered. Click the Log in button. At the personal security code prompt, type the requested characters and click the Log in button. This personal security code was defined when you created a Webroot account. Every time you log in, SecureAnywhere will require this extra security step. Be aware that it prompts for two random characters of your code. For example, if your code is 12345

I downloaded and ran: SNIP which wasn’t able to deleteWRData folder. I uninstall Webroot, rebooted and tried uninstalling WRData manually from the %programdata%folder but received a message that it couldn’t be removed because it was in use by another people. Now, neither "scan individual file" or "erase file with Webroot" is working.I've used Webroot for years and this has never before happened.
Am not able to login to Backup & Sync, it says my user name or password is invalid yet I use the same name (email) and password and login the the main web site. Have shut down Webroot and restarted it with the same message. Next I installed several older versions with no difference. J.O'B. Dave
I originally posted over four months ago under the heading ‘Email service attack ?’ with my Android Samsung Galaxy A50 showing problems Since then I have continued having problems with both my mobile and desktop.ALL scans come back as clear and green, (phone and desktop) but I am not entirely convinced.I use LastPass, and this has been targeted , I have changed the master password and latterly downloaded a recent critical windows update to my desktop (Operating 8.1) which has improved matters somewhat.I feel as though I am being set up for a hit and run attack and feel extremely vulnerable Just read an article about Trojan Teabot which rings a few alarm bells with parallels to the behaviour I am experiencing, I am now wondering if I have been infected by Teabot or similar.Any advice would be hugely welcome thanks in advance Roadhog1
