Hi Trying to speak to someone in UK/Ireland in Sales/Renewals/Customer Success/Partner Team, in fact anyone other than Support, to resolve an issue I have but every number I call has the same automated message and asks to leave a message, are there no UK/Ireland contacts anymore in these areas?Do UK Partners have to wait until the sun comes up in the US to be able to resolve account problems?Feeling very frustrated!Thanks
I replaced Norton with Webroot. Now whenever I’m online in Microsoft I get false pop-ups that indicate that I -1 have active virus infections and must reinstall Norton ASAP. I’ve run many webroot re views and all are fine. I’m working on a 3-year old HP and in Windows 10. I’ve tired cookie deletes and pop-up blocks to no avail. How can I stop these annoying messages?
I was installing a new wireless canon printer and thought I went to the website provided in the instruction booklet. The site I clicked on was the same only did not have the periods. Webroot said it was a dangerous site but I said go ahead anyway since I thought it was Canon. I ended up downloading a program that let this person look into my computer. He showed me files that he said were trojans and how dangerous they were and how many problems they caused. Towards the end it sounded like a scam and I told him I would purchase the product he wanted me to get on my own from Amazon and I hung up. The computer then ran in safe mode. finally restarted it and it was in regular mode. I ran Webroot and it said I didn’t have any thing that needed removed. I am worried that the access program that scammer used was still around but couldn’t find it in my downloads. Finally got the canon printer up and running. Do I need to do any additional search or support? Thank y ou
I'VE BEEN TRAPPED ALMOST A YEAR WITHOUT ACCESS TO MY ACCOUNT BECAUSE THIS GODFORSAKEN APP KEEPS RUNNING ME IN CIRCLES SAYING IT NEEDS AN AUTHENTICATION CODE!!! I'VE JUMPED THROUGH HOOPS RESETTING MY PASSWORD & RESETTING MY SECURITY CODE DUE TO COMMUNITY ADVICE SAYING IT WOULD TURN THE AUTHENTICATION PROCESS OFF BUT TO NO AVAIL!!!I'VE HAD WEBROOT FOR YEARS & HAD ONE NEW YEAR ADDED IN MY CART OF 5 DEVICES PLUS ALREADY HAVE 11 MORE MONTHS WITH 5 DEVICES OF WEBROOT LEFT IN MY ACCOUNT BUT I SWEAR TO GOD IF I CAN'T GET HELP WITH THIS PROBLEM STAT I'M GIVING UP!!! 😠 😠😠
Early this year I received an email stating that my subscription to WEBROOT was ending and they needed my credit card information to complete before being cancelled. I purchase my WEBROOT subscription along with my Tech Support ( not sure that is the name) for fixing my computers free. I have used that service for well over 15 years, before that I had to replace my computers at least every 24 months. The computer I am using to write this is almost six years old and running great.

need assistance with this support ticket regarding updating DNS protection for a client of ours. however im not sure how to go about this in the webroot admin dashboard. they received an email stating this: DNS resolvers for Webroot DNS Protection were moved to Google Cloud for hosting. This move has provided DNS protection with both amazing performance and 100% uptime. Now that 2 years have elapsed, we are in the process of decommissioning the old servers. It has come to our attention that you have networks that are still referencing these old resolvers. To avoid any service interruption, please update your networks to use the correct IPs before December 1st, 2021. I recently turned on my Bluetooth On my Samsung Galaxy A21 Android Version 10. So anyway I used some earbuds for a short period. I do not know if I turned Bluetooth off right after using ear buds. Later I pulled notification menu from the top and there was a notification that was very large and in yellow letters that had a header of Blue Tooth File Transfer or something similar. This notification had many lines and numbers of files transferred by each line. I Did Not Initiate any File Transfer. So I do not know why this notification turned up I am worried I got hacked and got files Transferred some where or to some one via bluetooth I also mistakenly cleared the notification so I now do not know what all files get transferred Please help or tell me where I can go to find out more about this and what I should do if I was hacked
Hi I am using Google as my default search engine. When searching on previous occasions WebrootSecureAnywhere used to indicate whether a site was safe by a green arrow/green circle at the front of (in most cases) of each result of a completed search. Mine does not now display as previously. Is it a Google or WebrootSecureAnywhere problem ? Any advice/assistance would be appreciated. I recently switched over to Webroot for my personal machines, and joined this community. While I am a software developer of many years, there's a lot I don't understand about cyber security in general. Here’s something specific…If you already have a rootkit unknowingly installed on your Windows machine, and the rootkit is smart enough to expect and trick Webroot, then the only way Webroot can defeat it, is to boot itself from independent start-up media (USB flash drive), then scan & quarantine/disable the rootkit before your OS can start from the Windows boot drive.But all I was required to do after purchasing, is download and install. It started up, scanned, and detected no issues. But how could Webroot be so sure it's not being tricked or defeated in some way? I could find no "boot-from-start-up-media-and-scan" options for this product.Thanks for your patience. Scott.
Re Win 10 pro 21H1 also using Webroot AV ver 18.104.22.168I can only use save as, save option greyed out using latest version of Adobe Reader DC.I have seen this as a known issue, resolved by using the windows security/manage settings in virus & threat protection (v&tp). However this option is not present - only Webroot is shown in v&tp - ie no windows security protection options.I have also gone into gpedit to check if v&tp is turned off - however it is set to not hidden.I have tried to re-install Adobe Reader, tried to repair it.I can see nothing in Webroot which gives any indication that it is overriding Windows Security.Any suggestions?

Experiencing spontaneous disconnect then re-connect to internet. This happens across the board, not apparent tie to any app, program, browser, etc. During course of troubleshooting I uninstalled Webroot then continued to troubleshoot. I discovered what I thought was the source of the problem. Once I took steps to resolve the problem I reinstalled Webroot; and the problem resumed. I then repeated the process, I uninstalled Webroot and the problem was resolved, I re-installed Webroot and the problem returned. Anybody have a similar experience and if so, how did you resolve it?
Webroot and Torguard will not work together at all. Torguard keeps blaming Weboot but I fail to understand why 2 legitimate programs (I have licenses for both) refuse to work together. I just did a fresh install of Windows 10 Pro and loaded Webroot. I then installed Torguard which refused to connect. Disabling Webroot made Torguard work perfectly. I right now have both up but disabled Webroot, connected Torguard the re-enabled Webroot.Is there a solution to this problem? I whitelisted Torguard, but that was no help.It just seems completely screwed up that two security programs which perform 2 different functions won’t work together normally.
I have Webroot installed and turned on … but the web search results title displays are not readable. I have the green check mark but then the title is overlaying the www.”addresses” so in most cases I can not make out (read) either very well … it is like typing 2 lines on top of each other? When I shut off WEBROOT is clears up. I use yahoo as my default engine as it it on the ATT home page … but if switch to google search it seems fine. is there ea setting that can be fix on this? This seem to have started a few weeks back PS: I also use Firefox as my default browser
HiFor some reason about every 25 seconds at the bottom of my screen right side the webroot keep adding the webroot icons in the task bar sometimes going all the way across from right to left. When I put my curser on them they disappear leaving me one icon with no lock on it. It also will show like a scan just finished and found no problems but continues to do that adding another icon. Anyone have any idea why this is happening?
