How do I get rid of Pop Ups from http://www.bnvdrs.com/ these are ridiculous? I've read that it is a virus the number of Pop Ups are driving me nuts and the number of crazy things happining on my computer is really ticking me off. Any suggestions short of Buying still more "Special" protection from these bastards would be appreciated.
Hi all, I am trying to login to the webroot console and logged in as administrator. When I login with email address and password I get a page back which states, LOGGED OUT. I just got on the computer so I don't know why this is happening. I've been using this product for several months, make sure I do scans and other maintenance utilities and updates. Also the other thing I can't seem to do is have the product generate a secure password. Thank you
I am not sure if this is virus related or not but my text disappears as I am typing and then when it decides to finally show up on the page seconds later, it is all one word as if I did not use the space bar while i was typing, which of course was not the case. I did a scan and there was a threat found but even though its removed I am still having the issue.
I am deepsees, I just got this software a day or so. I was under the impression that webroot was to stop pop ups. I was in yahoo email and had a "windows PC alert" that windows wanted to do a scan... because there were issues. "yes or no" to the scan.. I picked no. The screen pops open and starts the scan... I lost my email letter I was writing. It does it every time I am in yahoo email. Never happened before while I was using Norton. Deepsees
Hello there. I am sure you will be hearing from me quite often seeing as how I know just enough to get me in trouble. My first problem is I cannot reinstall my Linksys Wireless-G Broadband Router Model WRT54G 2.4GHz 802.11g. It is 7 years old and I have no idea where all pertinet inf. has been long since lost. I do have the setup disk bu nothing I try works. Trying to accomplish this without help, but I admit I could use some advice. Nice to meet you all.
I recently logged onto my Wells Gargo bank account site. While on the site a pop-up appeared on my screen that said that Wells Fargo was asking me to complete a short survey on my banking experience and the bank was givng a free.gift. The questions were what the bank would have asked--how often I went to the banking center, would I recommend Wells Fargo bank, etc. Since that incident, the same pop-up and appeared on other sites that I logged onto. It looks very convincing that the company whose site you are on is asking for feedback. A free.gift is offered for completing the survey. It is a scam. How can it e detedted and stopped? I am sure my computer is now infected. Evelyn in Houston
For some reason the past two weeks I have been unable to sign in on my Outlook account and only get a message 'someone has requested a change in security information'. I have a second Outlook account which I wanted to use to re-instate my account but can not get into it. Having got outlook working in the past I could continue using it until I shut down the computer - after restart the same message comes up. Any ideas?

Just wanted to stop in say so far so good. I ran a trial of Webroot AV for three days, found no issues, system runs much faster so I purchased today. Long time user of the AV firm out of Russia but it was getting too bulky and heavy. Glad I found out about Webroot and look forward to it becoming even better. My job keeps me on the web and computer for 12-16 hours a day and I do a lot of web searching and writing on my owne website. The only "problem" I have run into is I feel like I should be paying more attention to Webroot, you know, checking for updates, making sure the database is up to date, etc., HA. No more of that!

When not watching Broncos games she is fond of being
For those of you who are having issues with the Password Manager and the message "email address unknown" I myself am having the same issue. I believe that I installed the webroot on my Iphone as a trial and then purchased it and installed it on my computers at home. There were two keycodes registered in my account. I believe the issue could be resolved if the account was totally deleted and allowed to be re-setup. I sent an email to start a service ticket with a couple of responses back but still no resolution. I think because I enstalled a trial using one keycode that the application is looking to that key code for use with the password manager.
Urmmm hellooooo from me!!!! Just saying hello, and also just a request!! I recently went to download manually definitions only to find that as fast as it said it was checking them it finished lol, tried the same thing on the phone and it did the same thing. Now I there might be a problem so rang up Webroot directly the next day. The lady I spoke to tried her own phone and the same thing happened. She asked me to stay on the line for a bit while she checked it, she had asked a colleague what was wrong to be just told that it meant the definitions were up to date hence why the message wasn't staying too long, but would stay longer if there was a definition to update. Now I was grateful for the contact as it put my mind at rest but wouldn't it be a better plan to just have a message that says your definitions are up to date or another one to say definitions are behind downloaded after the first message to say it's checking for new definitions?. Not all of
