For some reason the past two weeks I have been unable to sign in on my Outlook account and only get a message 'someone has requested a change in security information'. I have a second Outlook account which I wanted to use to re-instate my account but can not get into it. Having got outlook working in the past I could continue using it until I shut down the computer - after restart the same message comes up. Any ideas?

Just wanted to stop in say so far so good. I ran a trial of Webroot AV for three days, found no issues, system runs much faster so I purchased today. Long time user of the AV firm out of Russia but it was getting too bulky and heavy. Glad I found out about Webroot and look forward to it becoming even better. My job keeps me on the web and computer for 12-16 hours a day and I do a lot of web searching and writing on my owne website. The only "problem" I have run into is I feel like I should be paying more attention to Webroot, you know, checking for updates, making sure the database is up to date, etc., HA. No more of that!
Last month we featured Wes' dog Elvin. When not watching Broncos games she is fond of being
I have a Samsung laptop I have had Webroot on it since I bought it last year. It started running slow so I cleaned up everything and downloaded off of the factory installed Icon on my desktop, " SW updates" It had like 10 updates and as it was downloading it emptied my folders on my desktop and threw thumbnails of everything all over the screen and now I have one dotted line across the bottom of my screen that just now turned into two dotted lines! Any idea on what is going on, I have ran a webroot scan...comes back graphic ram is low but nothing else. Thanks for any help I am technologically illiterate.
Nestled in a tall glass building in Dublin’s docklands is Webroot’s International Headquarters. Better known to its staff as the “Dublin Office”, the staff here take care of all things Webroot outside the United States. From here the staff with liaise with Linz, discuss with Derby and banter with Bracknell. Urmmm hellooooo from me!!!! Just saying hello, and also just a request!! I recently went to download manually definitions only to find that as fast as it said it was checking them it finished lol, tried the same thing on the phone and it did the same thing. Now I there might be a problem so rang up Webroot directly the next day. The lady I spoke to tried her own phone and the same thing happened. She asked me to stay on the line for a bit while she checked it, she had asked a colleague what was wrong to be just told that it meant the definitions were up to date hence why the message wasn't staying too long, but would stay longer if there was a definition to update. Now I was grateful for the contact as it put my mind at rest but wouldn't it be a better plan to just have a message that says your definitions are up to date or another one to say definitions are behind downloaded after the first message to say it's checking for new definitions?. Not all of

webroot has been a godsend until today when i discovered that it does not detect/repair the dreaded autorun.inf infection. i was gobsmacked...when both Avast and Kaspersky easily picked up the infection and cleaned it up promptly. the autorun.inf infection was the one where it hides the folders and makes shortcut links in USB drives and it spreads from computer to computer like wildfire via usb memory devices. hopefully Webroot can up it's act and get this remedied quickly. Regards Pepe
Hi folks - earlier this week we had an orentation day for Webroot's new hires in the EMEA area. We had a group from Linz, a group from Derby and then a few of us here in Dublin joined in. It was a really interesting insight into the company and we're all really enthusastic about working here :) Here's a picture from the day (with the silly grin second from the right belonging to me...) hello my webroot is about to expire on my home computer. I purchased a new webroot yesterday to install but it seems as if I can't install it yet . Do i need to wait for it to expire or should i uninstall it? What is the safest way to install the new one. I want to avoid letting it expire because that leaves the door open for malware and virsus etc. That happen to me once before and i had to have my hard drive wiped clean. I dont want to do that again.
As part of reaching Silver VIP, one of the rewards that earned was an all expenses paid trip to visit the Webroot office. He arrived yesterday and I picked him up at the airport. We scheduled several fun events, including a welcome party with cake, meetings with several key Webroot staff, and showing him around Boulder. Today the fun continues as TripleHelix got to meet with the executive staff at breakfast, as well as talk to the senior developer team. He even got to push the button to launch the latest beta version of WSA. Here's some photos of the events: Let them eat cake! Hi everyone. Ever since I allowed Malware to take over my life, I am constantly looking for ways to improve the security of my data and also more importantly to pass my knowledge along to the next person so that they will never experience what I went through. :) Thank you. skeet
