On my computer and phone i can get into Webroot but when l get to the submit a ticket page they take my email ,then it says it needs cookies enabled, l do that and it justs keeps repeating on both i phone and laptop. Is there a phone number l can call to figure out what is happening ? Also the Geek Squad is on the page do you have to buy Webroot through Best Buy? I bought mine through the Webroot site. I am older and completely computer dumb with no kids to ask for help.

( Since I installed the Webroot antivirus, I have problems, it deletes some files from a game and for that reason the games do not load, I want to give an exception to that application and another one so as not to continue having errors, please help me with my problem . )
The last couple of weeks Webroot is sending me emails through G-mail telling me to go to a specific place, stating if you're asked to sign in,use a password in this email to compley. So I click on the link they sent me,and sure enough they ask me to sign in using the password they gave me. So I punch in the password and a screen pops up as invalid. What on gods green earth I'm I doing wrong?
For weeks I was having trouble with my small lap top taking me to sites that I didn’t want or showing a lot of popups (with pop up blocker off). I had Geek Squad tune up and service this computer a few times. While they did this they, of course, also used Web Root. But, it never seemed to fix, all the nonsense would just continue. Today they did another tune u[, ran Web Root but this time they also ran a Norton scan. Low and behold the Norton scan found a few infections, which the tech removed. When I contacted Web Root, the fellow that I spoke to (and he was very nice and understanding) thought that it could have been some new virus. He did say that, yes, there could have been a virus lurking around for a while. My main concern was that someone was in my computer (we can’t rule that out 100%) as I had that happen to another computer in 2019 and it was frightening and, fixing bank accounts, etc. was time consuming. That is why this computer has absolutely NO access to my other
On my secure anywhere icon it's stating that my scan is outdated, but nothing is show what the cause is. Do anyone else have this problem. I cannot get an answer from Webroot, and I still have over 230 days left, I would hate to drop this company and go to another company because no one can answer me.
JUST wanted to let everyone know that you can get the WEBROOT app 2 ways.1st right from WEBROOT itself or from Best Buy. I have both, because 1 is for my phone & the other is for my Desktop. With the Best Buy WEBROOT you get 24 7 human tech help for a tune-up of your computer, the other you get tech help directly from WEBROOT, But they don't take over access to find a problem or tune-up. So I thought I would put that out there for you.
I have Windows 10 Home and use Firefox (version 84.0.2) along with the latest Webroot (version 22.214.171.124). Though Firefox recently updated, Webroot Threat Shield was still working until yesterday when I noticed I was not getting the green check marks and other visual safety indicators when I did a search on Firefox. No icons appear at all next to the individual search results.I had this same problem back in late November 2020 (only at that time I just saw spinning circles). My Firefox had recently updated to version 83 before this happened. I wrote about the issue here and was given a link to latest version of Webroot which instantly solved the problem, but believe I have the latest version of Webroot SecureAnywhere now so I’m not sure what the issue could be.Checked extensions in Firefox and Webroot Threat Shield is listed there as “Enabled.” Anyone know what could be happening so I can fix this? Thanks!
