I cannot access it after putting a number of passwords on it a couple of weeks ago. I get error messages. Webroot support is a joke. Does anyone know how to fix this. I get these error messages: your Data/Password management account is not yet ready to use, please try back in the next few minutes. If you continue to see this message, please contact customer support and finally If you're not redirected within a couple of seconds, please click here to continue to Passwords. When I click here, I get a message that says something about this might not be a valid Webroot site. If I go anyway, I get an error message. Thank you.
Webroot vs Snagit
Hello, I'm new to the forum and I'm having an issue. Webroot wont allow Snagit to capture any images unless I deactivate certain firewalls. Is there a way to take care of this without comprimising security?

Hi, I new here. I'm no good in computer and Im have some problems to open my email. I login into my email but then when i try to open email to read, the computer is given me a message error ( unable to open email due to webpage error and force to reopen tab) I was looking for any tool in the webroot to fix this problem but i cant find any. Hi. I'm new to Webroot Forums but I hope someone can help. I have been accessing Watch Live on FoxNews for a long time on this PC. Recently, when I go to the site, a new tab automatically opens with an advertisement and warning that FoxNews site may be unsafe. I trust the site, so I allowed it. However, now, I get to the Watch Live site and it gives me the sign in button, but when I click the sign in, nothing happens. I have two laptops in the house so I know it is not an internet or site problem. It is only on this PC. I ran a Webroot scan and it comes back clean. Any ideas as to what I can to do fix this? Thanks, Kathy
I just purchased the $20.00 basic Webroot virus protection. It immediately found 2 Trojan and one Rogue viruses. NONE of the various virus protections I had have ever found them. I had one virus protector that NEVER found any infections for over a year. My computer was in shambles. 10 minutes after running this really cheap WebRoot product my computer operated flawlessly. When I restarted it the Microsoft broweser immediately addressed over 500 system errors, corrected them and off I went, smooth sailing all the way. I am amazed.
Newbie with WebRoot
I rarely get invaded and in case I ever did, I have a second Windows XP sp3 on my second harddrive and I have always been able to load the backup Windows and hunt down the offending files. I must have bragged to someone because I have one now that I couldn't find and niether could WebRoot. It is a Trojan Horse that is trying to put Internet Explorer on line instead of Foxfire so that it can dump whatever it wants on my system. I have run several scans and Webroot has found nothing. I imagine that it has replaced a Windows file with one of its own. Checked all of the dates in the usual directories and got rid of some suspicious files. The horse used to be able to activate Internet Explorer by itself, but it no longer can so every five minutes, it puts up the dialog box asking if I want to stay offline or allow the website to connect. It doesn't matter what Firefox is doing, apparently, it needs Explorer. Sorry I'm so windy.
keycode in email is encrypted
Just purchased a 3 device package from Newegg today & got the download link thru an email with the keycode in the message. My problem is the keycodes first digits are block with asterics (encrypted ?) & only the last 4 are showing. I tried using the last 4 & also copying & pasting the whole line of code but nothing works. HELP Fred
Nothing but aggravation
Wondering if there is any 'real' support from webroot... apparently my address on my credit card is wrong, but after confirming with the bank, it's perfectly fine. Three times tried with customer service and three times told they can't do anything even though the information they have is perfectly fine. And three times my bank has said it's perfectly fine. What a way to lose a potential customer... if there is anybody from webroot who knows what they are doing and can actually help instead of wasting my time, I'd love to know... but if this is the service I get already, starting to doubt the product too.
New and kinda lost
Hey everyone I'm janelle. I just purchased a new iPad air for my son for Xmas and I'm setting it all up for him to just unwrap and play. I also purchased the bundle pack with the geek squad that came with this webroot secure/ anywhere disk that I ca use to protect up to 3 devices. I'm on the iPad now I followed all instructions and I'm really just lost on what exactly this is. Do I use this instead of safari? I tried to use that browser and it's said I couldn't get into Victoria secrets causes there was no server found. Not sure why cause I'm connected just fine. What is the point of this, what's wrong with safari that I'd need this? Safaris working...this is not
Hi, just signed up. I reside permanently in central Mexico, but am temporarily living in northern China. Bought the product because I have a bunch of malware on my computer and was hoping that Webroot would find them and delete them. Did a scan and much to my great disappointment it did not even find a single one. Was really hoping that it would get rid of Aartemis for me, but it did not even mention it. Am I doing something wrong? At the moment feel ripped off and want my money back.
Question about anti virus software
HI, i've had my Toshiba for over two years and have Webroot installed. Never a problem until my stepdaugther used my computer one night (and never again since then)--she installed some software on it, and it completely messed up my computer. I managed to save it by using Webroot and it seems to be working okay now. I am getting a lot more popups though which are very annoying. I did see that Webroot is not good for picking up viruses from email, more for web site issues. Is there another antivirus that is good for email (i think she opened an email on here and that may have contained something that is causing these popups). I saw Norton at Sams Club yesterday and think that may be a good one for email viruses. Thanks so much for any help!
New to Forum and Webroot. Have adware appearing in my email. Help!
Please advise. After using Norton for the last 2 years on my laptop, I've recently upgraded ( i hope ) to webroot after seeind adware starting to appear while online. Since deleting all norton products and installing webroot and running scan, no threats were detected and the adware is still appearing. Seems to appear only when on sites which are retail oriented. What is my next move? Thanks for any feedback!

Heya everyone - I am no stranger to forums but am new to this one. I purchased this product on a reccomendation and could not be happier. I have my personal PC protected as well as my wife's and mother in law's lap tops. I will soon be upgrading and would like to protect my new investment with this program as well. I have a couple questions that have led me here but I am going to search a few old posts first to see if I can find the anwers myself! Cheers!
Hi Ladys and Gentleman
Let me introduce myself. My given name is Adrianus, quite a mouthfull. So my friends shortend it to Aad. Beeing not so high (5' 6") they also invented it to Aadje (Dutch for Little Aad) And beeing a sailor for quite a time the following nickname was born: Aadje Piraatje And that's Dutch for Aad the Pirate. As I told I was a sailor for about 45 years and have seen quite a lot of the world. After my retirement, now 10 years ago,I missed the sea dearly and what could I better do than buying a PC and follow all what was interesting for me and a lot of other old-sailors too as I discovered very soon. What I also found out was that there were not only "nice" people on the World Wide Net, but als "bad" guys who tried to steal information from my machine just to use it for their own benefit. Therefore I tried to protect my machine as good as possible I started, as so many with me, with a Norton product, gbut founding out that this program did slow down my PC very much I decieded a few Y
50% Off Webroot SecureAnywhere Complete
Wanted to say I am new to the community and I seen this AD on my Att Web Mail and clicked on it because it was a hell of a deal considering my Mcafee was about to end in 40 something days so now I have this for a whole year and saved me money on top of that and next year I don't have to worry about renewing because it will do it for me. Mcafee did this too with the Auto Renewal but also this program fixed a glitch with my Download Accelerator Plus Installation program because I noticed when after un-installing Mcafee and installing Webroot I was able to update my DAP program successfully. I hope I notice some other fixes along the way and less crashes with windows with this program. GOD BLESS and thank you for the discount WEBROOT ;) recommendations by mouth will surely be coming from my mouth :) as long as the test ride is as good as it's advertised :)
Hi! I'm glad to be here (thought you were only on Wilders), so it will take me a little while to get around. Checking out what has been changed / updated / added to WSA since the first BETA (seems to be quite a lot - nice interface now). I'm sure there will be a lot of questions later. (Forum seems familiar though, hmm ....)
Just got my laptop yeasterday and jioned the community today!
Hello everyone, I just joined the community today. I got my laptop yesterday and installed my WebRoot Anywhere on it too. I have WebRoot for 3 devices and so far it's on 2 of the devices that I want covered by it. My sister's laptop doesn't have a disk drive so I can't put the WebRoot dick in there until she barrows an external disk drive from a friend. I had trouble on the Desktop with getting my yahoo mail to open mail but I think it's due to there being too much unused programs on it. Anyway, I am glad that there is a WebRoot Community for people who want to get help with things that they might be able to fix themselves with abit of talking to GEEKSQUAD and WebRoot operations managers. Sincerely,
