On my secure anywhere icon it's stating that my scan is outdated, but nothing is show what the cause is. Do anyone else have this problem. I cannot get an answer from Webroot, and I still have over 230 days left, I would hate to drop this company and go to another company because no one can answer me.
When I go to the Webroot login site, I fill in my email, my password and then at the next page I’m asked for two specific characters from my security code. So I do that and the next page comes up telling me that I am now logged OUT. Anybody have an answer? I’ve exhausted a bunch of possibilities and can’t get to the bottom of this. I’ve seen this complaint before - is there a problem with Webroot? Scary for a security outfit if there’s a glitch!
Desde que me instale el antivirus Webroot, tengo problemas, me elimina unos archivos de un juego y por esa razón no me cargan las partidas, quiero darle excepción a esa aplicación y otra mas para no seguir teniendo fallos, por favor, ayudarme con mi problema. ( Since I installed the Webroot antivirus, I have problems, it deletes some files from a game and for that reason the games do not load, I want to give an exception to that application and another one so as not to continue having errors, please help me with my problem . )
3 years ago, purchased through Best Buy new computers and paid for the Webroot, then renewed. After the first year, had to keep getting best buy to stop auto renewal and tried to go through Webroot, but every year its a problem and I just want someone at Webroot to tell me ( yes I sent email and they act like they have no idea what I am talking about) to tell me how to do this as a clean deal from ONLy webroot. I will end up cancelling my Webroot this year if it happens again, I am sick and tired of getting email from best buy claiming they are charging me and then trying to deal with getting it straightened out. PLEASE TELL ME ONCE AND FOR ALL WHAT IS THE PROCESS TO JUST BUY /RENEW WEBROOT THROUGH WEBROOT WITHOUT ANY THING TO DO WITH BEST BUY ( I CANCELLED MY BEST BUY STUFF LONG AGO) OTHERWISE I WILL CANCEL OUT OF THE WHOLE WEBROOT FIASCO!
I have Windows 10 Home and use Firefox (version 84.0.2) along with the latest Webroot (version 126.96.36.199). Though Firefox recently updated, Webroot Threat Shield was still working until yesterday when I noticed I was not getting the green check marks and other visual safety indicators when I did a search on Firefox. No icons appear at all next to the individual search results.I had this same problem back in late November 2020 (only at that time I just saw spinning circles). My Firefox had recently updated to version 83 before this happened. I wrote about the issue here and was given a link to latest version of Webroot which instantly solved the problem, but believe I have the latest version of Webroot SecureAnywhere now so I’m not sure what the issue could be.Checked extensions in Firefox and Webroot Threat Shield is listed there as “Enabled.” Anyone know what could be happening so I can fix this?
