For several weeks I’ve been trying to contact WebRoot and keep getting kicked out of my log in. I’m trying to register my renewed product keycode and can’t do it. I see that Webroot has taken my money to renew, but I can’t talk to them. If I call I get messages about them not being able to answer do to scheduled time off. Who can I talk to? Help, please!
As a Kaseya VSA user we get the plugin which creates one Site for our company where we create multiple groups. The reporter doesn't seem to be able to report on the group level? We want to report on one site how many agents are in each individual group. Can this either be fied or does anybody have a workaround with a different template maybe?? Regards , Martijn
bought webroot protection , DOES NOT WORK for MacOS Catalina. Webroot acknowledges this and stated “fix” should take two(2) weeks….been 5 weeks now! want full refund now!!!!!!I am not a lending institution and want my money back, I paid for a product that did not do as described.
Hello, I need some assistance on the following situation please. Today, I have decided to renew my subscription early by following the promotional link sent to my email. However, after I typed in my personal details and credit card details and pressed "Buy" nothing happened. Then, a minute later, I was alerted that my credit card I typed in has been charged for USD49.99. Now, I still have not received any renewal of my subscription. No email confirmation was sent to me either. So, I sent a message to Technical Support, hoping that they would help me sort out this situation. (Please note that I live in Southeast Asia and hence calling customer support in the U.S. would cost me a lot of money) Now, I am still waiting. But, I also have another questions. Should I call my credit card company to cancel the first transaction and try to purchase again? I am very worried about this, can you please give me some insight about this issue? Thank you so much in advance for any reply and suggestion.
My webroot password that works for webroot.com doesn’t work to communicate with support. I have a thread going and it keeps emailing me what looks like a temporary password. How can I change that to a password I can remember? Everytime I go for a support chat and put my email address in it forces me to use the assigned password. I prefer not to have to keep track of another password and instead use one I assign. Is that possible? How do I change it?
a second house computer was used to visit a porn site and afterwards several fake alerts have popped up. I read how to fix that but i want to know why scanning with Webroot Secure Anywhere DOES NOT CATCH AND CLEAN THAT. I mean, isn't that what we are buying? I love Webroot, would not go elsewhere but this apparent weakness bugs me (PUN ALERT LOL!).
I upgraded to Catalina on Friday last week. I know Webroot is not supported yet, but I was wondering if anyone else has been having problems with Webroot working in background but not opening up the application. My policy for my computer is (show), so that is not the problem. I can wait for the updated/supported Webroot in the next coming weeks. Thanks
Hi WR Team, Does WRSA scan the Microsoft Apps downloaded from the Microsoft Store? When it comes to other programs downloaded from the web, there's an option to go file location and right click scan with WR? But there doesn't seem to be that option for the Store apps (at least a file location I can find, maybe its somewhere there). Regardless, does WR scan/monitor those apps (for malware/behavior) from the Microsoft Store? Thanks in advanced.
