Ire renewed my subscription keeps telling i did not.and they sent me a webroot disc,what do i do now
Hi my name is Lisa. i amtrying to renew my webroot and i did and it keeps saying i did not.and webroot sent me a disc i put it in and it is doing nothing help?

If you had a previous subscription and you have renewed, i.e., paid for additional time under your existing keycode then there is no need to use the CD that you have been sent. The time for the new subscription period should be automatically added to your keycode.
If however you have renewed and received a new keycode then you will need to enter that and then activate it before you can proceed. If this is the case then please let us know so that we can provide instructions on how to do this.
