Welcome to the Webroot Community Forum,
Your best bet is to Submit a Support Ticket and they will let you know if you need to send them your logs.
They sometimes do ask you to install CatLogs from the Google Play Store if you are having a issue. But if you contract Support they will let you know what email address to send those Catlogs if they need them.
Webroot Support is a free service with a Webroot Subscription.
