I’ve had Webroot for some years now but have never needed to log on to the management console. I bought a laptop so now I need to install Webroot as another device so I need the console. I renewed my subscription and set up an account and password. I don’t remember if I had set one up previously back when. I can log into my account, and by using a temporary password that Webroot sent me I can log onto the support site where you can initiate a “ticket” to try to resolve your issue. However, I can not log onto the console as I just get “invalid log in info” (or something like that). I’ve put in 3 message “tickets” starting last Tuesday, with no response. Today is Saturday. If I try “forgot password” I get no email response. I’m just stuck.
