I renewed my subscription and I am only getting 335 days of coverage. I would like a discount, money back or an extension of coverage for the time my computer was not covered and I was just charged for.

May I ask where you purchased your renewal from? From Webroot Directly? Best Buy Geek Squad Subscription service or some other place? We need more info so we can send you to the right place!

Just in case it's from Webroot you can call during the day MDT time:

Purchases, renewals, and upgrades
Mon - Fri 7 AM to 5:30 PM (MDT)

It was the Best Buy geek squad. Tried to buy from Webroot directly, but it wouldn’t let me.
