Sorry your having trouble with your computer. To be on the safe side and before trying a Uninstall / reinstall I would recommend putting in a Support Ticket first to see if you have any infections or something other than Webroot is causing the problem. This service is FREE with a Paid Subscription to Webroot. Please let us know the reply from Support.
