Hi there.
I created an account for the Webroot that comes with my Best Buy/Geek Squad plan. I registered my product key and set up my account, wrote down my password on paper to be sure I remembered, but when I tried to log in, it said "Login Failed." I thought it was strange, but I just went ahead and reset my password, once again writing it down on a piece of paper. Despite having the exact correct information, it still says "Login Failure."

Is there any way someone could help find out what is going on?
