For some reason the past two weeks I have been unable to sign in on my Outlook account and only get a message 'someone has requested a change in security information'. I have a second Outlook account which I wanted to use to re-instate my account but can not get into it. Having got outlook working in the past I could continue using it until I shut down the computer - after restart the same message comes up. Any ideas?

Restarting your PC wouldnt have any affect on your outlook account as its not stored on your PC. If somebody has guessed your password and changed your login information you will have to use another account to unlock it. If your unable to acccess it the only course of action is to contact Microsoft. Word of warning do not let them to try and sell you a virus removal service or anything similar.
