Password / Authentication Code Reset Fail

Oddity:

System won’t accept Authentication Code after entering Username and Password.

System won’t send Code Reset Email.

System won’t send Password Reset Email.

System does send Email notification that Authentication Code attempts have exceeded allowance.

Technical Support Ticket has gone unanswered for 6 hours.

Customer of 8 years.  This seems odd.  Anyone have any ideas?

You will have to contact support for things like this for the Back-end issues! Submit a Support Ticket  or if you want to call then during office hours: https://www.webroot.com/us/en/support/contact

Mon - Fri 7 AM to 5:30 PM (MDT) But Support Tickets are 24/7

 

Note: When submitting a Support Ticket, Please wait for a response from Support. Putting in another Support Ticket on this problem before Support responses will put your first Support Ticket at the end of the queue and support can take up to 48 hours to reply.

Call center tech says the Email issue is with AT&T, in addition to some other providers.

login failed, invalid password.  I selected “forgot password?” 3 times and each time received statement that email had been sent.  To date, no email received.  I have sent 2 messages to support, no answer yet
