System won’t accept Authentication Code after entering Username and Password.
System won’t send Code Reset Email.
System won’t send Password Reset Email.
System does send Email notification that Authentication Code attempts have exceeded allowance.
Technical Support Ticket has gone unanswered for 6 hours.
Customer of 8 years. This seems odd. Anyone have any ideas?
