Scan Failure on MacBoook Air
First time poster. I just got a new MacBook Air and when I click on scan I get the following message: "The scan failed. SecureAnywhere cannot reach the internet to obtain threat information." I am connected to the internet, obviously or I would be on this message board. Any advice from any Mac users?

I'm not much of a Mac guru but I'm sure they can help you and please let us know as the Webroot staff will be back tomorrow on the forums.
I wish I was more of a Mac Guru myself, but I do know the Geek Sqaud phone number is staffed 24/7, yes - Chrismas too, so that is a good place to start!
