Hello ?,

Welcome to the Webroot Community,

No I haven't heard of this happeneing....but have you reinstalled Webroot? If not follow these instructions below if you need them.

Please follow the steps closely!

  • Make sure you have a copy of your 20 Character Alphanumeric Keycode! Example: SA69-AAAA-A783-DE78-XXXX
  • KEEP the computer online for the install to make sure it works correctly
  • Download a Copy Here (Best Buy Subscription PC users click HERE)
  • Install with the new installer, enter your Keycode
  • Let it finish it's install scan
  • Reboot
Please let us know if that resolves your issue?

Thanks,

hope that problem didn't inconvenience you. i rarely receive any security threats nowadays so a few hours time span ain't a big deal very much.

Hi cojan1

Welcome to the Community Forums.

I have heard of this and generally it was because the version of WSA installed on the system was pre v9, which is incompatible with Windows 10.  Not sure how you would still be on such a version if that was the case in your specific circumstances...but either way the solution to the issue is the one provided by Sherry.

Regards, Baldrick
I did reinstall webroot and it is again on my computer. Thank you!!
