Hi

 

Trying to speak to someone in UK/Ireland in Sales/Renewals/Customer Success/Partner Team, in fact anyone other than Support, to resolve an issue I have but every number I call has the same automated message and asks to leave a message, are there no UK/Ireland contacts anymore in these areas?

Do UK Partners have to wait until the sun comes up in the US to be able to resolve account problems?

Feeling very frustrated!

Unfortunately, no one was picking up the phone at any of those numbers over a 60 minute period, I even left a voicemail on one 3 hours ago and no reply.

Not good for a Sales line, something to be looked into?

Managed to partially resolve my issue for now.

How about using the Ticket system? Webroot Customer Service

Hi @TripleHelix 

I did but unfortunately they couldn’t do what needed doing and I needed to speak to someone in Customer Success but it seems that is only a US operation.

The issue is resolved with a temp fix for now.
