Unresponsive scipt

Alan here: I have background script continually running, with no message that there is a script problem. Doesn't matter whether I am using Firefox or IE. It slows down my computer and I am not sure that it also "freezes" my system periodically to where I must reboot to continue.

The best thing to do is to Open a Support Ticketand ask Webroot Support to take a look and remove this for you.  There is no charge for this if you are a WSA license holder, with a current subscription.

Thanks for your reply. I chatted with a Webroot tech several weeks ago and no solution to the problem resulted. Can a remote connection be set up with a telephone call where someone can take over; my lack of any but the basics in computing is a drawback. Thanks again.
